Our primary responsibility as a lifeguard was to help ensure patron safety and protect lives while also ensuring the patrons satisfaction while being on the pool deck and feeling comfortable in the water.

I believed it was important for me to have experience in the food business so I would gain the knowledge of what it was like being on the other side of the food industry. I learned the importance of treating people with kindness and gained the resilience to maintain a friendly customer service environment when dealing with any and all types of customers. My responsibilities were to greet and assist customers to their tables as well as set and clean up the tables before and after their meals, assist any workers or customers around the restaurant. 

I have completed some of college and am looking to continue my education.
