Makenzie Rush

I am a Global Rates Financial Controller with a strong foundation in finance, analytics, and create problem-solving. I have a background in accounting and forensics/data analytics. I love fast paced environments that involve precision, strategy, and innovation. Outside of work and as a prior student athlete, I love to be active. I love Pilates, strength training, and running. I bring discipline, focus, and resilience to everything I do. I am passionate about turning complex data into more insightful content, collaborating with teams, and building solutions that are impactful. Whether it's refining financial models or working with brand-focused projects, I bring an analytical yet creative mindset to the table.

Out of college I was a Brazil Financial Controller at JPMorgan Chase bank. I had the opportunity to strategize and work with global teams to solve discrepancies within the companies financials. I have also been a part of the Global Rates Financial Control team at JPMorgan Chase bank. Within this space I was able to own my own processes from the beginning to the end at a more detailed level and in a different space. 

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. I double minored in accounting and forensics/data analytics. Over the past year, while working full time I have been working toward my MBA with a concentration in Finance. I graduate from UD with my MBA this upcoming month!
