I am an accomplished Agile leader with over a decade of progressive experience spanning Scrum and Agile coaching, program management, and PMO leadership. I have successfully guided cross-functional teams across finance, education, and technology, driving measurable improvements in delivery, compliance, and business outcomes.

Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Tecuity, I support three product lines serving 14 state agencies, doubling team throughput by implementing new Agile workflows and leading adoption across platforms. 
 

As a Fractional PMO Director and Agile Coach, I have helped organizations establish scalable PMOs, design hybrid and Agile adoption strategies, and recover struggling initiatives which lead to improved alignment, delivery, and measurable growth while maturing Agile practices for 45+ developers

Previously, as a Senior Project Manager at Reading Horizons, I managed a $7M+ portfolio and supported the delivery of 20+ major projects. 

Earlier experience at WebBank provided a strong foundation in finance, governance, and compliance.

I believe in experience over certifications. That said, I have held multiple certifications including CSM, PMP, SAFe6, and Pragmatic Institute Product Management V.
