With over 7 years of experience in customer service and an additional year working with a non-profit organization, I specialize in applying principles of anthropology and creative arts to improve human resources, business operations, employee experiences, and DEI initiatives. With a strong background in education, community engagement, and customer service, I have dedicated my career to fostering meaningful connections and advocating for positive change. Currently transitioning from seven years in customer service to teaching at a nonprofit, I am passionate about environmental education and outreach. My experience includes creating and presenting material in community cohort settings, attending state-wide campaign meetings, and engaging with decision-makers to drive impactful initiatives.

I earned my associate degree from Long Beach City College before completing my bachelor's degree in anthropology at UC Merced. Through my studies, I developed strong research, critical thinking, and cultural awareness skills, which have shaped my approach to education, community engagement, and advocacy. My academic background complements my passion for environmental education and outreach, allowing me to connect with diverse audiences and foster meaningful learning experiences.
