Gloria White

I am an Accounting Student at California Polytechnic University, Pomona. I will graduate in December 2025, and plan on taking the CPA exam. 

In July, I concluded a four-month internship with the Public Works Accounting Unit of the Orange County Auditor-Controller Department. In that role, I learned the County’s revenue coding process and nomenclature while organizing and compiling data for journal entries and account reconciliations, researching, analyzing, and documenting discrepancies between cash receipts records and actual receipts, and assisting staff in the performance of the accounts payable function. 

Previously, I worked for eighteen months as an Inventory Associate at RGIS, Inc.,
where I performed physical inventory counts, reconciled those counts to system records, and adjusted those records when necessary.

I also have experience with Microsoft Office, Tableau, and SAP.

I have taken courses in the core accounting curriculum and Controllership, Forensic Accounting, and Accounting Ethics.
