About Mackenzie Lommasson:
During this period of employment, I participated as a desk attendant as well as security. During my time at the desk, I would aid in processing packages and giving them to the residents at Heritage Halls. I would also make different transactions with “customers” when they needed something printed or different mailing supplies. I would help reserve rooms and answer the phone. As I roved during my security shift, I would make sure all the doors were secured and no one was in danger/breaking the rules. (This would at times make it required for me to drive the service vehicle to get to certain areas) I would also ticket different individual's cars, at the beginning of each shift.
