A people-first HR professional with 15+ years of experience designing benefits programs, leading culture and well-being initiatives, and overseeing strategic change in fast-moving, hybrid organizations. As the Vice President of People & Experience, I led the design and implementation of customized employee benefits packages. One of my key achievements was enhancing our professional development reimbursement programs by analyzing utilization data and aligning our offerings with the evolving needs of employees and organizational goals. This initiative significantly increased program utilization, optimized budget allocation, and improved talent development and retention. My ability to manage complex, large-scale change projects aligns well with the responsibilities of a senior people role in any organization.

In addition, I have extensive experience in building and fostering collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating strategic decision-making that aligns with enterprise objectives. I led broker selection processes and negotiated contracts to ensure high service quality and cost-effectiveness, which are essential for managing vendor relationships and optimizing service delivery. Throughout my career, I have consistently leveraged data and insights to inform program design and strategy, ensuring compliance and maximizing effectiveness.
