As the Vice President of People & Experience, I led the design and implementation of customized employee benefits packages. One of my key achievements was enhancing our professional development reimbursement programs by analyzing utilization data and aligning our offerings with the evolving needs of employees and organizational goals. This initiative significantly increased program utilization, optimized budget allocation, and improved talent development and retention. My ability to manage complex, large-scale change projects aligns well with the responsibilities of a senior people role in any organization.
