Luis Montiel Guerra

My name is Luis, born and raised in Venezuela. I left my country in 2018 and moved to Chile for 3 years and I am now living in the United States.

I have a major in Public Accounting that translates to Accounting Auditor, I graduated from a university in my country Venezuela. I speak spanish and english. I have a lot of experience in customer service. I have been in positions that deal with a lot of responsibilities, such as a supervising personal, the correct operations of the business by the business standards, problem solving, day to day reports, inventory, personal shifts and any other actions to guarantee meeting goals stablished by the administration. Ensuring the proper function of the business and focusing in a satisfying customer service experience.

Services Manager at the franchise COPEC, with the company Comercial y Servicios A&D, Santiago de Chile, Chile, for two years, before that I worked as an attendant in the same company for year until they promote to Services Manager. Since 2019 to 2022.

Internships in my country Venezuela as an accountant for a couple of months and in my 20s I work for a few months in Burger King in Venezuela.

My true love is accounting but different choices I have made and positions that I have been had led me to be more experienced in customer service and other trades. I had to work hard from the bottom always.

I graduated from La Universidad del Zulia in Maracaibo, Venezuela in 2018. I studied in another university in Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacin for the major Human Resources Manager but I didn't finished because of monetary decision.
