I have worked in Customer Service  for over 20 years.  I strive to be very knowledgeable and a very dedicated customer service professional with extensive experience in the industry. I am a solid team player with an outgoing and positive demeanor and proven skills in establishing rapport with clients. I am very motivated to maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to company success.

I have a strong dedication to helping customers resolve issues and cultivate a positive image of the company I am working for. I excel in both team environments and alone. Proven ability to listen attentively, solve problems quickly and efficiently, and create high-quality professional relationships with callers.

I graduated Hennepin Technical College in 2013 with a GPA of 3.8, receiving a Diploma for Nursing Assistant as well as a Diploma for Health Unit Coordinator. I was on the deans list twice for the fall of 2011 and I received two scholarships for my excellent performance in school.
