Luciana Lopez

I am a third-year Penn State Student from Lima, Perú in the Donald P. Bellisario College of Communications studying Telecommunications with minors in creative writing and Portuguese. 

I was drawn into the field of communications due to my interests and abilities in writing, broadcasting and creating. The field of entertainment is the one I'm most passionate about — both in front and behind the camera. 

Outside of my academic work, I focus on my responsibilities as the Lifestyle Editor for The Daily Collegian, perform stand-up comedy and host my weekly DJ radio show.

I'm open and thrilled to start networking with people and learn more about the field of journalism, media and communications.
