Relay guest request to the appropriate personnel using proper forms and procedures
➢ Providing positive interaction with guest in a friendly and courteous manner asking exploratory
questions in order to identify concerns, needs, and expectations as well as fully investigate issues such as: missing luggage, ensuring delivery of casino marketing gifts, guest laundry, crowd control, knowledgeable in regards to directions, attractions and venues.
➢ Performing concierge duties to promote the ultimate guest experience, including and not limited to restaurant recommendations, floral deliveries, loyalty marketing gifts, shopping and organizing freight deliveries, setting up taxi pickups and drops offs, messages, and lost and found inquiries.
➢ Resolving sensitive guest situations on an individual basis through personal interactions, phone calls, and letters.
➢ Processing/investigating ticket issues, storage tickets and luggage deliveries
➢ Communicating and accommodating guest with disabilities in accordance with ADA guidelines;
Reserving and proving medical equipment such as scooters, oxygen tanks, wheel chairs and
escorts.
➢ Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment
