➢ Processing/investigating ticket issues, storage tickets and luggage deliveries
➢ Communicating and accommodating guest with disabilities in accordance with ADA guidelines;
Reserving and proving medical equipment such as scooters, oxygen tanks, wheel chairs and
escorts.
