Maintained client communication on a biweekly basis to ensure proper medical treatment was being rendered and tailored towards their medical needs. Assisted in completing property damage claims as well as evaluate estimates of my clients' vehicles in order to achieve the best compensation possible. Audited treatment as well as medical bills and records to ensure adequate treatment was provided and maintain a precise understanding of my clients' recovery process. Worked closely with the attorneys to discuss viable case solutions and maximize case value and client compensation.
