I managed the upgrade of conference rooms from Webex to Teams rooms, oversaw the migration of SharePoint sites from on-premises to online, and investigated the implementation of CoPilot for Microsoft 365. Additionally, I created and managed comprehensive training materials, taught in-person and virtual sessions, and provided white glove support to enterprise-wide users.

I hold an Adobe certification for Adobe Creative Suite as well as completed curriculums from both Microsoft and Google on their respective collaboration platforms - namely, how to manage, administer, and provide support for them.
