Most recently, as SVP of Marketing at PSG Equity, Lindsey shaped the global brand and marketing strategy for an international growth equity firm with over $20B AUM and a portfolio of 140+ companies. There, she managed a $4M budget, unified PR initiatives across EMEA and the U.S., launched impactful digital campaigns, and delivered exceptional engagement results, including a 60% LP newsletter open rate—all while significantly advancing PSG’s visibility in the AI and tech sectors.

Previously at Volition Capital as VP of Marketing, Lindsey established the firm’s first comprehensive marketing and communications infrastructure, driving a full digital transformation and significantly boosting top-of-funnel conversions. Acting as a fractional CMO for multiple portfolio companies, she achieved substantial earned media placements and content shares while doubling lead conversion rates through innovative automation strategies. At Cobalt GP (a FactSet company), Lindsey led a successful repositioning and rebranding initiative, resulting in a 500% traffic increase and contributing to a fivefold ARR growth.

Her early tenure at HubSpot during its IPO growth phase, coupled with strategic brand roles at leading firms like Sullivan and Desgrippes Gobé, underscores her robust foundation in strategic brand positioning, demand generation, and executive communications. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Arts from NYU (Cum Laude).
