Lilli Mulvaine

I am a Highschool Graduate who grew up in Yakima WA, and I am currently finishing my BA at CWU. I have taken various childhood education, English and teaching-based classes. In addition, I’m very coordinated and a great multitasker. I also have 7 years of customer service experience, in restaurants, fast food, retirement home, a call center, and most recently, child care through West Valley Child Care.

Duties: I mainly worked in the morning, so a lot of coffee or McCafe orders, handling money, taking orders, serving customers with respect. I gained a lot of experience working with customers that could seem extreme and was able to learn how to handle situations I hadn’t before. Start date: 12/3/2016      End Date: 2/14/2018

Costco.com Call Center - Phone:  for Supervisor Courtney Wells or  for Supervisor Molly Walters .Start date: 2/15/2018        End Date: 08/2018

Duties: Customer service, direction through Costco.com, contracting vendors, aid in ordering, learning specific programs, standing at a desk. This was a challenging position, but I thrived in it, and the only reason I left was because of poor scheduling (working 6 to 10 days to get 1 day off). 

White House Cafe - Started 03//2021.  End 07/2021

Duties: Hostess, Waitress, Kitchen Staff, dishwasher, busser, coordinate to-go orders, phone, seat guests, provide drinks, menu, specials, take orders, refill drinks, serve food, assist customers, check out while busing tables, doing dishes, while cooperating with the owner and stocking.

I like this job, but the staff is poorly coordinated and I had been stuck working long days and shifts (11 days in a row, 6 days in a row, etc.), no PPE was provided, we  were not given any legal breaks, and the establishment was unsafe. There was no schedule, everything was understocked and the owner fired a coworker who went to the ER for heatstroke because of poor work conditions. I quit due to this.

West Valley Child Care - 07/2021 to April, 2022

Supervisor: Lexi Redick 

I currently work with WVCC at Ahtanum Elementary School as their before and after school program. I love this job and the experience it will bring me, but the schedule is no longer working for me. For this position I got my cpr card (during COVID so it was online) my blood pathogens training, a  Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) Portable Background Check (PBC) which I cleared, and my food handlers card. I have the Covid vaccine.

Treveri Cellars

At Treveri I have gained experience in serving wine, bartending, and sales. This position has taken multitasking to the next level, and I've met it. My first month at Treveri I was tied for Wine Club sign ups, and I've received a couple great reviews on the experience I provided. 

I am wanting to leave this position due to an issue with scheduling. I commute to CWU during the week and attend classes full time.

YVC - 3 years (2 running start), Medical Terminology certification 

CWU- Double Major English and Secondary Education, I student teach Spring 2023. I’ve kept my GPA above a 3.8XX while working full time, in a variety of practices.
