As a Chief of Staff – People & Operations, I bring over a decade of experience strengthening HR operations, leading strategic initiatives, and partnering directly with executive leadership to drive organizational clarity and efficiency. I have managed multi-state and international People Operations functions, overseeing onboarding, HRIS administration, benefits and compliance, employee relations support, and policy execution. Acting as a trusted proxy for C-suite leaders, I coordinate cross-functional projects, streamline processes, and ensure alignment across teams. My background spans global SaaS, education leadership, and large-scale program management, including directing compliance programs, leading teams of 100+, and executing company-wide events and operational transitions. Known for my judgment, communication, and ability to bring order to complexity, I create people-first systems that support organizational growth and empower teams to perform at their best.
Education
I hold a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Austin College, as well as a Principal Certification (EC–12) from the University of North Texas. I also maintain an active SHRM-CP certification, valid through 2029, which reinforces my expertise in HR operations, compliance, and people management. Together, these credentials strengthen my leadership foundation, operational judgment, and ability to support complex, people-focused organizational initiatives.
