Hello! My name is Leslie and I consider myself a proficient, if not an expert, in customer service. I have many years in the food and beverage industry, a few years in sales, as well as being a client service professional or intake specialist in the legal and medical field.  I have been trained and certified in multiple areas of client/customer service, including my certificate in paralegal studies. I enjoy working in an environment where I play a supportive or assistive type role and where I can meet and interact with people and help build trust and lasting relationships with clients. I currently work for H&R Block as a Client Service Professional and looking for similar work that is more permanent as tax season nears its end.
