My long-standing involvement in all aspects of Information Technology Service Management, system access management and user access provisioning spans over two decades.

Position: SENIOR OPERATIONAL & TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST. Company: BP: 06 January 2009 – 31 January 2021. During my employment with BP, I was the Regional User Management Administrator for Brazil, Mexico, Canada; Gulf of Mexico, including Central Function Users in Sunbury UK, but also Argentina, Philippines and Indonesia. My responsibilities comprised of the proper vetting and setup of User profiles in several BP systems. This task consisted of the execution and maintenance activities associated with User access validation. I provided user experience support to and ensure compliance to best practices, not limited to but including: 

• Execute, manage and monitor requests to add, change and delete User access
• Adhere to and apply User Management service level agreements
• The Leaver/Joiner process
• Perform role-mapping activities for retrofit system releases.
