Leo Maurer

Hi! I'm a recent Seattle University undergraduate with a BA in Psychology. I’m passionate about advancing mental health and wellness. My career goal is to get my master's degree in clinical psychology and apply my academic knowledge and interpersonal skills in a professional setting.

With over four years of customer service and education experience, I bring a strong background in working directly with diverse communities. Currently, I serve as a Special Education Instructional Assistant at Seattle Public Schools, where I support students with varying needs in an inclusive classroom environment. Prior to this, I worked in fast-paced café settings—including Top Pot Doughnuts, Eltana, and Starbucks—where I honed my communication, multitasking, and team collaboration skills. From training new hires to managing store closures, I consistently demonstrate reliability, empathy, and a commitment to creating positive, supportive environments for both customers and students alike.

I recently graduated from Seattle University with a BA in Psychology.
