About Leilani Fu'Qua:
I am a recent graduate in Public Affairs and English Literature looking to share my love for education, literature, cheering and dancing with the future generation! I am new to the field of youth education, but my experience working with marginalized groups and undergraduate students as a mentor, editor and campus leader drives my desire to educate today’s youth. I am passionate about literacy, social programming, public policy, and research for women and other minority groups. I have a range of administrative and organizational skills, coaching and mentorship skills, interdisciplinary research and journalism skills to offer as well.

My profsessional experience includes working within various industries, with a focus on underrepresented populations and housing insecurity. I also have experience working in advertising and real estate accounting, print, radio and broadcast journalism, equity, diversity and inclusion research and marketing, and proficient knowledge of property and casualty insurance. Lastly, I have some professional experience working as a mentor and coach for my local cheerleading team.
