My experience includes coordinating with administrators and third-party vendors to ensure seamless pension plan administration, including benefit calculations for ExxonMobil’s Defined Benefit Plan. I analyze plan documents and union agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including Payroll, Legal, and IT—I help communicate plan updates and streamline processes. I also develop tools incorporating actuarial assumptions to enhance efficiency, produce reports for third-party vendors, and work closely with actuaries to ensure accurate benefit calculations.
