8 years of experience in health and fitness industry providing wellness and fitness coaching and health promotion to large, diverse employee populations with Premise Health. Prior to Premise Health, I managed my own personal training and nutritional coaching business from a small, boutique gym in Reno, NV. I was completely referral based after just 3 years and I also coordinated and facilitated marketing and member events for the gym. 

Education

Obtained Bachelor's of Science degree from The Art Institute of Las Vegas and went on to complete additonal courses in personal training from Truckee Meadows Community College in Reno, NV. Since then, I have obtained multiple certifications in the Wellness and fitness industry, including: 

  • NASM Personal Trainer 
  • Precision Nutrition L1 
  • Wellcoaches School of Coaching Lifestyle Medicine Health and Wellbeing Coach
  • GGS Pre and Post-natal Exercise Specialist 
  • TRX Functional Training Specialist 
  • Current CPR/AED/First Aid
  • Currently pursuing: ACLM Food as Medicine,  Chapman Institute Certified Wellness Coordinator
