Windchill 12: PDMLink, SUMA, MPMLink, PartsLink, Access Control settings (ACL. Action on Roles, Profiles, Domains) Business Process Analysis (Process mapping, Workflow design). Material Management (Part and BOM) Supplier Management (SUMA: AVL / AML). Change control workflow design. Quality systems improvement. Project management Process improvement. Windchill PLM guidance and Product Data Management (PDM) systems implementation and training. Legacy data migration and integration.

Engaged with business / process leaders to gather requirements from the customers. Provide guidance on Windchill functionality to achieve customer requirements. Refine and develop the requirements with Use Case, Process Maps. Define access controls (Access on Roles and ACL's, Domain Access) to meet customers’ requirements and enhance user experience. Create UAT guidance documents and manage UAT. Provide demos and guidance documents for proposed solutions. Create all training materials and manage company Self Help Page for PLM. Serves as the key contact point (voice of customer) between the PLM users and PLM development team. Update as needed templates used by the PLM BA team as well as customer facing team. Provide the BAE Systems PLM users with a working understanding of SUMA, BOM Transformer (MAPSB) and other tools from PTC as they pertain to BAE Systems business model. Interacts with vendors at various levels to provided customer features. Provide user experience direction for uniformity of the user experience (look and feel of the user interface).
