Kyle Wenner

I have several years of experience working in physically demanding and performance-focused environments that have shaped my discipline, work ethic, and leadership abilities. I spent eight years as a Store Manager at GNC, where I managed daily operations, coached team members, and provided personalized guidance to customers on supplementation, recovery, and performance nutrition. I have also gained hands-on coaching experience designing strength and conditioning programs, teaching proper lifting mechanics, and helping clients build strength, coordination, and consistency in their training. In my current role as a sheet metal worker with Local Union 19, I work in high-precision environments, mentor apprentices, and maintain strict safety and performance standards.

I completed my Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). My training focused on exercise science, strength programming, client assessment, injury prevention, and program design for individuals at different fitness levels. I also have additional education in strength and conditioning and nutrition coaching, along with CPR/AED certification. This education, combined with my lifelong involvement in athletics and strength training, allows me to effectively guide clients toward improving their performance, strength, and overall health.
