Experience

My professional experience is quite varied, and has always been focused on leadership and people. I have ample experience in leadership roles in several different high paced environments. I have worked for some outstanding corporations such as Starbucks Coffee Company and Trader Joe's. I also have a great deal of administrative experience through my current role as a Closing Coordinator, which has allowed me to work remotely for the past two years and really hone my self-motivation and expand my computer literacy in several different areas.

Education

I just completed a Bachelor's of Science in Organizational Leadership [Applied Studies] with a minor in Strategic Communications from California State University Dominguez Hills. My course work was heavily focused on the principles of diversity, equity and inclusion. My curriculum was focused on management, leadership and workforce motivation. We received a great deal of strategic communications training, which was heavily focused on public speaking, leading team meetings, results-oriented planning and output analytics. My core professors used the writings of Jim Collins and Daniel Pink as foundations for much of our degree specific curriculum. We also received a great deal of education/training in cross-cultural awareness, human resources and putting people above process. My degree involved a robust curriculum focused on all areas of organizational leadership, human behavior and professional motivation technique.
