  • 15+ years BOH experience (All positions from Dish to Executive Chef)
  • High-Volume, Celebrity-Chef-Owned, Fine Dining, Institutional, Corporate, Bistro/Pub, Food Trucks, Film/TV Catering, Concerts/Festivals, Banquets/Weddings/Private Events
  • Cuisine Styles: Classic American, Southern/Soul Food, Indian, French,  Italian, Mediterranean, Asian, Fusion, Local/Seasonal/Farm-to-Table, Kosher/Halal/Jain, Vegan/Vegetarian

Education

No formal culinary training, just real-world hands-on experience at the “School of Restaurant Hard Knocks” from some of the absolute Best Chefs on the Planet! One of those amazing Chefs is Food Network star and “Chopped" judge Maneet Chauhan - I was Executive Sous Chef at her namesake restaurant (Chauhan Ale & Masala House) in downtown Nashville, Tennessee from 2019-2020.
