My name is Kristal Anneth Fraire. I am a passionate event coordinator that expresses her excellence in creativity. A compassionate leader that strives to guide the next generation. Problem-solving skills with great teamwork. I strive to grow and learn new skills to be a better woman in every area of my life. 

I am blessed to have worked as an Event Coordinator, Medical assistant, Clerk II, Hourly Lecture, Secretary, and Dance Director. My professional experience has grown not only in an office building but through my everyday life. God has taught me wisdom from every door he has opened for me. Compassion started with assisting elderly sick people to God allowing me to serve and host extraordinary leaders. Patience was given when leading and instructing children. It has been a humbling experience to be trusted to lead Doctors, extraordinary Pastors, and Executive business owners to near-death patients. I have been taught great communication skills by learning to deal with sick people. Problem-solving has been key when dealing with complex circumstances given in the office or at last-minute events. Creativity flows from my soul when preparing conferences or events for my current team members. Attention to detail comes naturally because I care to make everyone feel valued, respected and most of all loved. I am excited to keep learning and growing.

I graduated with a High school Diploma from Barbara Jordan High School. I then traveled overseas to study at Hillsong Leadership College to pursue Theology. I continued to grow, received a Medical assistant certificate, and am working on getting a Ph.D. in theology. It has not been an easy journey but excited to see the end results.
