I earned my MFA in 2009 from the University of California Los Angeles. My professional credentials include game industry and film experience, and progressive teaching and leadership responsibilities at various types of schools and colleges, ranging from high schools to trade schools. My modes of instruction include lectures, labs, and hybrid teaching styles. I have documented success in my present role as Professor of Animation including Bowling Green State and The Art Institute of Tucson, whereas I have educated and mentored hundreds of nontraditional career animation students. Many of my students went on to achieve internships, professional awards and employment in the field of game design, animation, and simular industries. 

My extensive background with piloting sUAS, drone pilot instructor certifications and 19 years of teaching directly aligns required qualifications for your Drone Pilot & Trainer position.

With a strong command of drone operations, coupled with my FAA Remote Pilot Certificate and over 100 hours and 7 years of flight time plus a deep understanding of aviation regulations, and USI drone pilot instructor certification. I am prepared to ensure full compliance and safety practices. My proficiency demonstrates a knowledge of safety practices and is combined with my experience in teaching various age groups.

Beyond technical skills, my many years in education have honed exceptional communicationand problem-solving abilities. I am adept at translating complex technical information into understandable terms, a crucial skill when interacting professionally with insureds and clarifying project requirements.
