Kirra Gibson

I am a people-oriented professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. My career has centered around supporting others, building strong relationships, and helping environments run smoothly. In my most recent role as a Peer Support Specialist at a crisis respite, I was often described as the “glue” of the team due to my ability to connect with both clients and coworkers while helping maintain a supportive and organized environment.

I am passionate about roles that involve helping people, coordinating teams, and contributing to positive workplace culture. My strengths include communication, empathy, problem-solving, and staying organized in fast-paced environments. I enjoy opportunities where I can make a meaningful impact while continuing to grow professionally.
