Kimberly Perry

My name is Kimberly Perry; I work at a local hospital as a Surgical Service PCA. I am a 2025 Surgical Technologist graduate from an accredited program, with high honors. I have an associate degree in Applied Health Science, and an associate degree in Surgical Technology. I have 4 years of OR experience, with the help of doing OR turnovers, and assisting with patients. I enjoy making memories with my family any free time that I have. My dream has been to help save lives; it is my passion to work in the operating room as a surgical technologist. 

I have been in the operating room for 4 years as a Surgical Service Aid- (PCA) helping with OR turn overs, assisting with patients, grabbing operating room equipment, delivering specimens, maintaining aseptic technique during in and out of ongoing surgery, dealing with traumas, BLS certified, and CPR certified. I have done 180 surgical cases during clinical rotation throughout my surgical technology program. 

I graduated December 2025 from Jackson College in a Surgical Technology program, received a degree in associate of applied health sciences, and an associate of surgical technology with high honors. I completed 2 rotations of clinicals during my program, accelerated through most of the different specialties including orthopedic, robotic, general, and vascular.
