I bring a resourceful, organized approach to every role, whether it’s resolving complex issues, training new staff, or supporting customers through digital platforms. My focus now is on remote opportunities in customer support, operations coordination, or tutoring, where professionalism, empathy, and problem solving can make a meaningful impact.

Education

I earned my High School Diploma from St. Hilda’s Diocesan High School (2004–2010), where I first developed an interest in hospitality and service. I continued my education at Moneague Community College, completing an Associate Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management (2010–2012). To expand my professional expertise, I am currently enrolled at Ashworth College, pursuing a Certificate in Hotel & Restaurant Management (2023–Present). Looking ahead, I am set on continuing my education at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, where I plan to refine my pastry and baking skills and begin a professional career in the culinary industry. 
I hold multiple food safety credentials that strengthen my ability to manage customer service and hospitality environments with professionalism. In March 2023, I completed the Florida Certified Food Handler Certification through StateFoodSafety, valid for three years. Most recently, in April 2025, I earned the Food Safety Management Principles Certificate through 360training Learn2Serve, further expanding my knowledge of food safety standards and compliance.
