With a rich tapestry of 7 years as an Engineering Project Manager, I have orchestrated the seamless execution of critical capital projects within the vibrant Food and Beverage Manufacturing Industry. During this tenure, I've honed my expertise in capital management, vendor relations, and cutting-edge food packaging and processing technologies, at two major companies in the Food and Beverage industry. 

My narrative is one of strong interpersonal connections, where 2 years prior to project management having guided both Front-Line and Salaried employees with a deft touch. I've cultivated a leadership style that balances the nuances of managing 1-2 engineering professionals with the dynamics of steering project teams of 5-20 personnel across diverse functions.

My professional path winds through the intricate landscapes of the Food and Beverage Industry, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, each experience adding depth and color to my expertise. I'm an experienced capital engineering and project management professional with over 7 years in the food and beverage industry. My career started in technical writing back in 2015, but I quickly transitioned into operations as a production supervisor at Sabra Dipping Company from 2016 to 2018. That’s where I discovered my passion for capital projects and asset management. I moved into a project management role at Sabra from 2017 to 2022, handling large-scale capital projects and driving improvements across the plant.

After that, I joined Domino’s as a Regional Program Lead for capital assets, focusing on asset replacement and helping to improve operational efficiency. Most recently, I took on a contract role at Amazon as a Reliability Program Manager from September 2024 to January 2025, where I led special projects and supported maintenance planning and scheduling.

I’ve built my career on improving asset reliability, managing complex projects, and finding ways to make operations run smoother. Now, I’m excited about what’s next and looking for new opportunities to apply my experience and keep growing.
