Kelly Spoerer

I have worked in the Customer Service industry, specifically the Wine industry for the last 10 years. It brings me great joy to educate consumers on wine, especially from Washington State. I have lived in the PNW my whole life. Pairing wine and food is one of my hobbies. I have experience in administration, leadership, and management. I provide exceptional hospitality and customer service for guests. 

I have worked in the wine industry for over 10 years, and have 15 years of experience specifically in customer service. In the last decade I've had various roles with 2 different wineries in Washington State including: Tasting Room Associate, Concierge, Lead, Assistant Manager and Manager. I'm highly organized and detail-oriented. My ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently allows me to consistently deliver high quality results. I have experience with events, inventory, and administrative tasks. 

I graduated Bellevue College with an Associates Degree
