I am pursuing a Bachelor's in Human Resources Management through WSU Tri-Cities. At this moment, I am working on gaining experience by attending events to build my interpersonal and professional skills.
A few strengths that I have strong communication skills, curiosity, reliability, teamwork, adaptability, etc.
Another strength that I find really important that I have is emotional intelligence and what I am doing to grow in that area is by reading and watching YouTube videos about Reddit stories where people ask if they are in the wrong in their current situation and/or ask for advice.
By reading and listening to the stories, it helps me grasp and understand other people thought processes so when I am going into my career, then I will have
