I have successfully implemented HRIS software and have extensive experience in onboarding, offboarding, investigations, mentoring, financial reporting, month-end closing, cash flow management, audits, payroll, 401(k) administration, and health insurance/COBRA. My role has also involved assisting in writing policies, facilitating yearly reviews, and leading special projects and team meetings.
I am passionate about driving efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of business operations, and I am committed to creating environments where employees can thrive and contribute to organizational success.
I am currently preparing for the HRCI PHR certification exam.
