I'm a pro at onboarding new hires, managing employee leave, and making sure we're always following the rules (especially when it comes to things like I-9 compliance). I also love creating training programs that help people learn new things and grow in their roles. I'm a total team player and I'm always up for a challenge. My career path has been a really interesting journey! I started in operations, which gave me a fantastic foundation in how businesses operate. From there, I transitioned into HR, where I thrived in a coordinator role, mastering the essentials like onboarding and compliance. Now, as an HR Generalist, I bring a unique blend of operational understanding and specialized HR expertise. This allows me to effectively support employees, streamline processes, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
