Kaylin Flaxman

I am currently working as a project manager for various short term rental properties on both Kaua'i and in California. I work both remotely and on site in Kaua'i handling procedures for short-term vacation rentals and maintenance for the properties. Along with handling the financials, as well as the managerial duties. 

As a dynamic and adaptable person, I have acquired many skills through a variety of professional workplaces and experiences. I would like to emphasis my relevant expirence in serving both at restaurants and catering, as well as tourism and costumer service. In the restaurant business, I have worked for a variety of delightful restaurants including; Moko, located in Manhattan, New York, La Boulangerie, located in Hayes Valley, San Francisco, Boneli's located in Whitefish, Montana. I worked as a surf instructor in both Hanalei, Kauai at Hawaiian Surfing Adventures, as well as City Surf Project in San Francisco, California. Along with this I have professional experience in working in philanthropy in a variety of countries around the world, serving as a teacher and a project manager as well at both the Nourafchan Foundation and at Forts and Fiets Center. 

I am a recent college graduate, and have a Bachelor's Degree of Arts in Environmental Studies that I received from the University of San Francisco in 2022.
