Kaylee Karbginsky

I started out as a paraprofessional right out of high school, where I spent almost four years working individually with kids, and in the process became certified as a transcriber. I then decided to pursue into mental health where I provided supports to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. My job consisted of maintaining health and safety of the individual in order that he/she may reside or be supported in the most integrated, independent community setting. I am passionate about helping others in their wants/needs from a general standpoint. I am a people person, a helping hand, I am flexible with day-to-day tasks. I am also certified in CPR/AED/First Aid. 

My very first job was working at TJMaxx where I was responsible for working the register and maintaining the store floor. I worked there for about a year back in 2014 to 2015. I was a paraprofessional at an elementary school from 2017 to 2020, until I decided to further my career into mental health at Ausable Valley Community Mental Health; now renamed WellVance. I worked with the agency for two years. 

I acquired my diploma from Ogemaw Heights High School in 2017.
