Kayden Davis

I am a Junior in the Cameron School of Business at UNC Wilmington. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Human Resource Management.

By working in many different positions of leadership, I can confidently be a resource and guide for others. After working for Pilgrim’s as the Human Resources Intern, I learned how to communicate with people from many backgrounds and positions with the same respect. Likewise, by holding the position of The Director of Harm Reduction and Prevention, as well as the Social Chairwoman, in my sorority Phi Mu, I successfully monitor the safety and well-being of over 70 women, plan many successful social events, and serve as the primary resource for the organization regarding safety and comfortability.

Interned at two different companies. Worked in HR for the past two years.

Current third year at UNCW. Graduating December of 2024. Aspiring to start grad school in Spring of 2025.
