Katrina Yonker

Based on my 5+ years of experience office/receptionist work and the ability to operate in a fast paced environment, I am confident that I would be a great addition to most companies. My duties have included answering phones with front desk experience, computer skills, running insurances, confirming demographics, and the ability to multi task in administrative duties. I have a great work ethic and am very dependable. I have done office work for larger companies as well as for small, family run businesses and over the course of my years in this field I have learned how to operate and communicate in changing, yet complex environments. I enjoy interacting with people and believe the skills I have learned would easily transfer over to most receptionist, office work, and/or patient liaison type jobs. 

I have worked as a front desk receptionist for a hotel for 3 years, an office manager for a small family run business for a little over a year,  and am currently working as a patient access representative for The Richland Hospital. I have done other non-office jobs but found that office work is my favorite and suits me the best.

Most recent, although not learned at a school, is a computer program I had to learn to work at the hospital.
