Jennifer Laufenberg

With 15 years at the Milton School District I have covered many roles. I started out as a Paraprofessional, which included many roles. I supervised students during lunch and recess and helped the teachers in their classrooms. I was eventually trained in the math curriculum so that I could tutor our struggling students. When needed I would fill in to help in the library and also would fill in when the Administrative Assistant was out. I eventually acquired the Library Media Assistant job when that person retired. I still work in the office when needed. When you work in a public school you’re required to be confidential. I work well in a stressful and fast paced environment. My coworkers will tell you that I am always calm and no matter the situation I do it with a smile on my face.  I’m a quick learner and work well with others. I am efficient with computers, troubleshooting problems on computers and I pads, answering phones, running reports, filing paperwork.
