About Katrina Seidl:

I have over 11 years of experience in the professional sector and have spent those years building and honing my hard skills, in a wide variety of areas including compliance management, technical writing, administration, marketing, data analysis, and more. Additionally, through my personal, professional, and educational experiences I have continuously expanded upon my soft skills so that I can effectively and emphatically engage with others.

I have a passion for advocacy, community outreach, EDIB, and connecting with, supporting, and guiding others. Utilizing my experience and passion I have been able to help improve the experiences for the populations I previously and currently serve. By leading with care, empathy, cultural awareness, and technical knowledge I have, in collaboration with my past and present colleagues, developed processes, introduced systems, and expanded understanding that has assisted in the growth of my positions and those of team members.
