Hi! My name is Katherine (Katie) and I have just completed my master’s in nutrition and dietetics practice at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. I am eligible to become registered as a dietitian, and I have gained many skills through 1,000+ hours of supervised practice. I have learned how to conduct both inpatient and outpatient services as well as create and distribute nutrition education materials. I am passionate about food and have a strong background in culinary nutrition.
