I am an emotionally intelligent and compassionate person with 10 years of teaching experience. I obtained my master’s and was inspired to get involved in social services, specifically helping and supporting young children and families. It is my passion and honor to work with a social justice focus on creating an equitable educational system for all families in our communities.
Experience
Early Childhood Resource Coordinator | Learning Grove | October 2022 -February 2024
· Build, foster, and support relationships with community members, families we work with, partners, and especially our partner school
· Utilized data to analyze trends and made decisions based on the outcomes
· Facilitate parent engagement with families both with 0-5 aged children, and our partner school

· Increased student enrollment from partial to full enrollment in the first year of teaching-was the most requested kindergarten teacher while actively teaching
