Qualifications
Experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
Knowledge of single-family home maintenance and building systems.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio, Yardi).
Valid real estate license (Georgia).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
