I have done extensive doctoral research in ethics, ethical behaviors, and behavior traits and how they apply to or affect business negotiations. I am a University of San Diego Alumni, Graduating from the School of Business with a Master of Science in Global Leadership (2012). While enrolled, I was able to take advantage of the study abroad program, where I studied international business in Berlin, Germany; Istanbul, Turkey; and Buenos Aires, Argentina. My life and work experience is vast, from serving in the United States Marines Corps, working for the Naval Special Warfare Community (Navy SEALS), United States Navy Facilities Engineering Command, and for a High-Tech company (ASML), which is a leading innovator in the semiconductor industry. Through learning from these dynamic organizations, I have adopted a situational leadership style, understanding that everyone is unique and should be treated equally.

Experienced Business Manager with over fifteen years of program management experience, planning, developing, process improvement, and implementing strategic goals within multiple fast-paced, dynamic organizations such as ASML/CYMER and Naval Special Warfare Command. I have advanced experience in project management, negotiations, operations, financial, and budget matters covering a multitude of projects, dealing with clean-room laboratories, top secret military programs, asset management, Capital Projects (CAPEX), and Operational & Maintenance (OPEX) in the High-Tech Industry working with cross-collaborative teams. I possess Lean Six Sigma and graduate-level project management certifications. Action-oriented with a solid ability to communicate effectively with high-level senior executives, military leadership, and business audiences. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills obtained through experience and graduate-level Ph. D/master’s coursework, enhanced by Harvard Executive Education in negotiations and critical decision-making.
