Education / Training
About Karen Jones:
I am a historian with my primary subfield being the intersection of theology, philosophy, and law in early American history and a secondary subfield in law and society throughout U.S. history. With six years spent refining my craft through research, conference presentations, and student small groups along with a year of teaching experience at the college level and mastery of Canvas LMS and Microsoft Office, I am able to provide students a well-rounded history education while teaching analytical, communication, and research skills transferrable to their respective fields of study. Outside of postsecondary education, I can offer my services as a skilled researcher and writer for both historical research and journalist needs.
