On a personal note, I am the proud parent of a son with autism, intellectual disability, and a seizure disorder who requires full-time care. This journey, while challenging at times, has deeply shaped me both personally and professionally. It has strengthened my empathy, resilience, and advocacy skills, allowing me to provide compassionate, family-centered care and build meaningful connections with those I serve. I openly share my experiences to help others feel supported, understood, and less alone as they navigate complex healthcare and life challenges.

Extensive expertise supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and special health care needs across medical, educational, and community settings.
