Provide a dedicated IT executive presence at FNC to streamline the team and modernize the technology. 

Strategy Planning:
o Introduce Technology Roadmap concepts and business prioritization processes to business lines resulting in focused technology improvements. 
o Increase business productivity and transparency by aligning IT to the strategic plans for nine business lines. 

Platform Modernization: 
o Champion the transition of organizational technology from outdated and difficult-to-service systems to the modern Microsoft Power Platform.
o Pioneer significant information security upgrades including Crowdstrike, MFA, DNS, Abnormal, and immutable storage. 
o Spearhead a new client portal to align with business strategy to go paperless and improve customer experience. 

Digital Transformation: 
o Set up a new co-located data center to enhance performance, security, and business continuity. 
o Oversee and execute a significant ERP platform upgrade, enabling the Accounting department to integrate the latest software updates from J.D. Edwards. 
o Pioneer master data management to enable all business lines to adopt new technology initiatives. 
o Guide the transition of our auction services to a new vendor to match upgraded technology stack.

Revenue Growth: 
o Vet and launch a new CRM system that brings eight business lines together for the first time in company history allowing extensive cross selling opportunities between business lines. 
• Process Improvement: 
o Increase business line productivity by implementing model-driven automation to replace manual efforts.
o Establish the use of IBM Datacap to streamline the process of reading document details for the Accounting division to reduce keyed entry efforts. 

Organizational Development: 
o Serve as Committee Chair for Security Committee and Leadership Development Committee.
