I’ve worked in customer service most of my career, factories and call centers. I’ve always had a passion for the medical field though. I’ve been a diabetic since I was nine and that was one of the reasons I’ve become interested in healthcare. My very first venipuncture, I knew phlebotomy was something I was born to do.
